Today we had an assembly and learned a few easy steps that we can take to live a healthier life. The simple 5 2 1 0 will help your child (and family) remember these important tips!
5 -Eat at least five fruits and vegetables a day
2 -Watch two hours or less of screen time (TV, smartphones, iPads, computers, tablets, video games, digital devices)
- 1 Exercise, more or be active for at least one hour a day
0 Drink zero sugary drinks (sodas, energy drinks, fruit juice)
Tomorrow children will take home a 5 2 1 0 frisbee to help them stay on top of their game and be active and healthy.
