Today I sent home a letter about IXL, an online math practice tool. Your child's username and password were written on the form. Your children are encouraged to use IXL for math homework with the expectation to do it for 10 minutes a night, excluding weekends. Of course, if they want to do it on the weekends, that's OK too!
Your child's username on the form will say something like
bsmith@stellar
This is used if you access IXL.com directly. However, if you get there using the link on this website you won't need the @stellar part. You may access IXL through a link found on the Online Resources page of this website.
The skills available on IXL are quite extensive so I try to communicate about what we have studied to make the choices easier and more meaningful.
